WHAT IS IT ?
It is a check up of the competences of the participant with a view to his/her further development.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The participants are invited in a DC day to function in an environment similar to their reality. The previously defined competencies are mapped out by means of specific exercises. These are immediately tested against the experience of the participant. On the basis of on the spot feedback and on the basis of an extensive report, participants in a post-process are enabled to draw up a personal development plan.
