WHAT IS IT?

It is a competency check-up designed to support participants in their further development.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Participants are invited to take part in a Development Centre (DC), where they perform in an environment that closely reflects their actual working context. Specific exercises are used to assess the competencies defined in advance. The results are immediately discussed with participants and compared with their own perceptions.

Through on-the-spot feedback and a comprehensive written report, participants are supported during the follow-up process in developing and implementing a personal development plan. Different formats are available, depending on the objectives.
