After gaining experience at the current Actiris (4 years), Gamma Consulting (4 years) and GITP (4 years), I decided in 2003 to go my own way. Collaborating with large HR Consultancy firms initially allowed me to take the path of the deepening. In addition to a psychology degree and official recognition as
Psychologist (Erkenningsnr. 651103161) I completed a long-term coaching course in 2005.
 

Since then I have attended various Masterclasses every year, which allows me to offer state of the art services. Supporting people in their personal and/or professional growth and development is my core activity. When entering into this development relationship, I think it is important to approach employees in a cordial, professional, authentic and goal-oriented way!

Our assignments in organizations consist of supporting employees in their learning and development process by offering various development-oriented activities. This allows them to effectively tackle the new professional challenges in order to achieve the organizational goals.

The needs of the organization and the participant are  central to that process, whereby  the participant is given the opportunity to gain more insight into his drivers, talents and competences then direct its own development process. Organizations strive for a maximum transfer of learning or development gains to the workplace.
