WHAT IS IT ?

An innovative way to gain insight into one's own performance from 2 different methods, focusing on both the competencies and the talents of the participant.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The participants are invited in the morning to function in an environment similar to their reality. A number of desired competencies are mapped out by means of specific exercises. In the afternoon, the talent portfolio of the participants is drawn up. In this process, insights and tools are used that have been developed by, among others, Dr. Luk Dewulf were developed. At the Talent Discovery Center, a number of coaching sessions follow with the participant, and then possibly his or her manager, to embed what comes out of the Talent Discovery Center.
