TALENT DISCOVERY CENTER

WHAT IS IT?

An innovative approach that combines two different methodologies to gain insight into an individual’s performance and way of working, focusing on both the participant’s competencies and talents.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

In the morning, participants are invited to perform in an environment that closely reflects their actual working context. Through specific exercises, a number of desired competencies are assessed.

In the afternoon, the participant’s personal talent portfolio is developed. This process draws on insights and tools developed by experts such as Dr. Luk Dewulf.

The Talent Discovery Centre is followed by several coaching sessions with the participant and, subsequently, if appropriate, with their line manager. These sessions help embed and translate the insights gained during the Talent Discovery Centre into practice.
